    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a two-conductor ribbon wire along with a two-conductor ribbon wire, capable of stably manufacturing, in a uniform shape, the two-conductor ribbon wire of halogen free in which each conductor is easily discriminated.SOLUTION: Two conductors 15 are inserted, for shifting, in an extrusion hole 62a having such shape as two cylindrical holes 71 are connected together through a rectangular connection part 22. A resin flow passage 51 is supplied with a first resin R1 of halogen free so that the first resin R1 is distributed across the entire range in circumferential direction. The resin flow passage 51 is supplied with a second resin R2 of halogen free which has a color different from the first resin R1 through one cylindrical hole 71 of the extrusion hole 62a, so that the second resin is laminated on the first resin R1 covering the periphery of the conductor 15 passing there. The other cylindrical hole 71 is supplied only with the first resin R1 and the conductor 15 passing there is covered only with the first resin R1. The first resin R1 is caused to contact to the conductor 15 in a crosshead 32, to be extruded from the extrusion hole 62a.
