摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid element device for manufacturing solid element device having a highly reliable sealing structure and realizing a low temperature glass sealing process. SOLUTION: A P 2 O 5 -ZnO based low temperature melting glass is placed in parallel to a glass containing Al 2 O 3 substrate 3 having a GaN based LED element 2 mounted thereon, then hot pressed in nitrogen atmosphere under a pressure of 60 kgf at a temperature of 415°C or higher. The low temperature melting glass is adhered on the glass containing Al 2 O 3 substrate 3 via an oxide formed thereon, while the viscosity of the low temperature melting glass is 10 9 poise at the condition.
