摘要： A system, including a planning module, a control module and a receiver module, configured to schedule display of one or more advertising impressions of available advertising inventory. The planning module enables scheduling a requested quantity of advertising impressions in accordance with target criteria. Further, the planning module enables selecting an advertising impression goal for advertisement, assigning an advertising type and defining a weight for the advertisements. The control module receives the schedule, the advertising type and the defined weights and generates one or more metadata files that contain target criteria, advertising type and weights for the advertisements. The one or more metadata files, with the advertisements, are delivered to the receiver module that is configured to define a display frequency for the advertisements based upon one or more of the metadata files. The receiver module selectively displays advertisement content associated with the advertisements to achieve the advertising impression goal.

摘要： A photo-acoustic polarimetric remote sensing apparatus includes a telescope that directs visible light photons from an object. A polarizing beam splitter is in optical alignment with the telescope. The polarizing beam splitter has first and second pathways corresponding to first and second polarization states, respectively. The first and second pathways are substantially perpendicular. A first photodetector is in optical alignment with the first pathway, and a second photodetector is in optical alignment with the second pathway. At least one processor is in communication with the first and second photodetectors. The at least one processor generates a signal corresponding to a degree of linear polarization of the photons over time, and the signal is indicative of an acoustic signature of the object.

摘要： Systems and methods for detecting and mitigating interference between from a wireless time division duplex (TDD) communications device and a wireless frequency division duplex (FDD) communications device includes processing quality-indicator reports received from the FDD device to determine if the FDD device has experienced interference from the TDD device. Such interference may be mitigated by adjusting a downlink configuration of the FDD base station in communication with the FDD device. To detect and mitigate interference from an FDD device to a TDD device, it is determined if a monitored value of an operational parameter of the FDD device is within a fixed range of a maximum value of the operational parameter, and if so, a specific time interval or frequency of the FDD device is assigned for communication purposes. Similar interference detection and mitigation techniques may also be used for interference scenarios between two TDD systems including TDD devices.
