摘要： Generally speaking embodiments that dynamically expand the amount of information displayed with search or query results are disclosed. Some embodiments comprise a method for viewing information of a search that includes presenting a number of search results in response to a search, enabling a user to select one or more of the search results for a period of time, and dynamically expanding an amount of information associated with the selected search result based upon the period of time. Further embodiments comprise apparatuses haying a display and a selection sensor to sense when a user selects one of the results and measure a period of time that the user selects the result. These embodiments also include a result expander to expand the amount of information displayed for a selected result as the period of time increases.

摘要： A user enters control settings into a content receiver whereby the control settings correspond to a particular viewer or a particular time-of-day. The content receiver receives a media signal and metadata that includes censorship level information. The content receiver uses the control settings to identify an applicable censorship level and uses the metadata to de-scramble the media signal to a censorship level corresponding to the identified applicable censorship level. The content receiver provides the de-scrambled media signal to a viewer's display.

摘要： A method and apparatus in a data processing system for processing a print job. A call is received from an application to print the print job to a selected printer, wherein the print job includes a request to use a hardware service. A print preview of the print job prior to printing the print job is provided. Responsive to receiving an indication that the print job is to be printed after providing the print preview, the print job is sent to a device driver for the selected printer to print the print job. A determination is made as to whether the selected printer supports the hardware service. Responsive to a determination that the hardware service is unsupported by the selected printer, the hardware service is provided using a software simulation.
