摘要： A telephone and video telecommunications distribution network (10) includes a telecommunications switch (12) and an optical network unit configuration (20b). The telecommunications switch (12) receives telephony traffic at a common control section (14) and video information at a video bank section (18). The video bank section receives telephony traffic from the common control section (14) and places the telephony traffic into telephony ATM cells. Video information is carried in video ATM cells. The Video Dank section (18) multiplexes telephony ATM cells and video ATM cells onto a fiber optic communication link for transport to the optical network unit configuration (20b). The optical network unit configuration (20b) includes a full service optical line unit (80) that segregates telephony ATM cells from video ATM cells. The full service optical line unit (80) transfers video ATM cells to a video brick (31) for processing. The full service optical line unit extracts telephony traffic from the telephony ATM cells for transport to a conventional optical network unit (82).

The digital loop carrier system (22) receives telephony traffic from a telephony network (24) at a common control section (28). The common control section (28) passes the telephony traffic to the broadband fiber bank section (32) where it is converted into asynchronous transfer mode cell form. The broadband fiber bank section (32) multiplexes video asynchronous transfer mode cells and telephony asynchronous transfer mode cells for transport to an optical network unit (40) over a fiber optic communication link (38).

Digital multicast bank (16) delivers the requested video channel if available, otherwise the video channel request is routed to a video information provider (12) through an asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) switch (14). The video information provider (12) delivers the requested video channel to the digital multi-cast bank (16) through the ATM switch (14) for ultimate delivery to a video subscriber at the set top box.

A male luer connector coupled to a male luer connector cap is provided where the male luer connector cap has a chamber containing a disinfectant and a sealing member for sealing the disinfectant in the chamber. The chamber is at least partly opened and the disinfectant exposed by movement of the sealing member. An exposed surface of a female luer connector is caused to come in contact with the disinfecting fluid in the chamber prior to the female luer connector mating with the male luer connector.

摘要： A low leakage large bore fuel system includes a common rail fluidly connected to at least one of a source of heavy fuel oil and a source of distillate diesel fuel. A plurality of fuel injectors are fluidly connected to the common rail and each include a cooling inlet and a cooling outlet. Each fuel injector also includes an electrical actuator coupled to a direct operated nozzle check valve by a pilot valve member and a control valve member. Fuel leakage is reduced between injection events by equalizing pressures in a pilot control chamber and an intermediate control chamber that are separated by a guide surface of the control valve member. Also, between injection events the pilot valve member blocks a drain outlet from a common rail inlet of the fuel injector.
