摘要： A device for gassing a liquid, particularly for membrane facilities used in immersion operation, has a gas supply channel and at least one gas lance from which a gas flow exits in gassing operation. The gas lance is connected to the gas supply channel via at least one connection channel including a first mouth area on the side of the gas lance and a second mouth area on the side of the gas supply channel and generating as a throttle a flow pressure loss of the gas flow entering the gas lance. Below the first mouth area an extension section is provided, which adjoins the gas lance and has an opening below the first mouth area.

摘要： The present invention relates to a device for gassing a liquid (1), particularly for membrane facilities used in immersion operation, having a gas supply channel (2) and at least one gas lance (3) from which a gas flow exits in gassing operation. According to the present invention the gas lance (3) is connected to the gas supply channel (2) by means of at least one connection channel (5) comprising a first mouth area (8) on the side of the gas lance (3) and a second mouth area (8′) on the side of the gas supply channel (2) and generating as a throttle a flow pressure loss of the gas flow entering the gas lance (3). Below the first mouth area (8) an extension section (6) is provided, which adjoins the gas lance (3) and has an opening (7) below the first mouth area (8).

摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing fabric-reinforced capillary membranes, particularly for ultrafiltration, in which a fabric tube (1) is coated with a polymer solution and is guided through a precipitation bath (6), where the polymer solution is converted into a microporous layer in the precipitation bath (6), and a membrane that is reinforced by the fabric tube is formed. According to the invention, the fabric tube coated with the polymer solution passes through the precipitation bath (6) from top to bottom, without mechanical contact, and exits through a nozzle (7) at the bottom. Liquid flows out of the nozzle (7), which liquid exerts a tensile force stabilizing the course of the coated fabric tube, on the capillary membrane (8) leaving the precipitation bath.

摘要： The invention relates to a membrane filter unit for liquid or gaseous media, comprising a bundle of capillary membranes which are open on at least one front surface side and which are cast in an area which is close to the end of the open membrane ends, in a sealing layer forming a hardened head part. The open membrane ends protrude on the outer side of the sealing layer. The sealing layer is arranged on a spacer element which has a layer which is penetrated by the capillary membranes and which is non-permeable in relation to the casting material which hardens in order to form the sealing layer. The invention also relates to a method for the production of a membrane filter unit.

摘要： The invention relates to a membrane filter for operating while submerged, with a frame (1), which can be lowered into the liquid to be purified, and with modules (2) adjacently arranged in a row. The modules (2) each have a base element (3) with a permeate collecting chamber (4), tubes (5) for a fluid that are connected to both ends of the base element (3), and with hollow fiber membranes (6) that, with an open end, are embedded in the base element (3). The hollow fiber membranes (6) are closed at their other end and terminate inside the liquid to be purified without being fixed whereby being able to freely move. The tubes (5) are vertically oriented and, at the top, are connected to a collecting line. Fiber holding devices (7) for laterally guiding the hollow fiber membrane (6) are fastened to the tubes (5). According to the invention, the fiber holding devices (7) are provided in the form of U-shaped brackets that have a web (8) and limbs (9), which are located at the ends of the web and can be fastened to the tubes (5), and these brackets surround the hollow fiber membranes (6) of a module (2) on one side in the longitudinal direction and, due to a correspondingly large dimensioned limb length, also surround the membranes at the ends in front of the tubes (8).
