    • The present invention relates to coating compositions containing 40 to 100% by weight, based on resin solids, of an alkoxysilyl-functional polyisocyanate polyurea which is reaction product of A) a polyisocyanate component having an average functionality of 2.5 to 5.5, an NCO content of 11.0 to 20.0% by weight and a monomeric diisocyanate content of less than 10% by weight, and containing at least 50% by weight of a polyisocyanate prepared from 4,4′-diisocyanatodicyclohexyl-methane with B) at least 0.7 equivalents, based on the equivalents of isocyanate groups, of an aminosilane corresponding to formula (I) (RO)nY(3−n)Si—CH2CH2CH2—NHZ  (I),  wherein R represents methyl or ethyl, Y represents methyl, Z represents H, a C1-C12 alkyl or CH2CH2CH2—Si(OR)nY3−n, and n is 1, 2 or 3, and C) optionally other isocyanate-reactive compounds. The present invention also relates the hydrolyzates/condensates that are prepared by adding water or an aqueous solution of a catalyst to the coating compositions according to the invention.

    • The present invention relates to polyisocyanate adducts containing allophanate groups, fluorine and optionally isocyanurate groups that are prepared by reacting compounds a) which i) are substantially free of hydroxyl groups and isocyanate groups, ii) have an average of at least two urethane groups per molecule and iii) contain 0 to 50% by weight of fluorine, based on the weight of the polyisocyanate adducts, with an excess quantity, based on the equivalents of urethane groups, of polyisocyanates b), which optionally contain fluorine, to form polyisocyanate adducts and optionally removing at least a portion of the unreacted excess polyisocyanates b), provided that compounds a) and polyisocyanates b) contain a total of at least 0.001% by weight, of fluorine, based on the weight of the polyisocyanate adducts. The present invention also relates to a process for preparing these polyisocyanates adducts, to blends of the polyisocyanate adducts with other polyisocyanates that do not contain fluorine and to the use of the polyisocyanate adducts or polyisocyanate blends, optionally in blocked form, in one- or two-component coating compositions.

    • The present invention is directed to a polyisocyanate mixturei) having an NCO content of 5 to 35% by weight and prepared from an organic diisocyanate,ii) containing up to 25% by weight of isocyanurate groups (calculated as N.sub.3, C.sub.3, O.sub.3, MW 126),iii) containing allophanate groups in an amount such that there are more equivalents of allophanate groups than urethane or urea groups and such that the polyisocyanate mixture remains stable and homogeneous in storage for 3 months at 25.degree. C. andiv) containing siloxane groups (calculated as SiO, MW 44) in an amount of 0.002 to 50% by weight,wherein the preceding percentages are based on the solids content of the polyisocyanate mixture, excluding any unreacted organic diisocyanate, and wherein the siloxane groups are incorporated by reacting an isocyanate group with a compound containing one isocyanate-reactive group directly attached to a carbon atom and one or more siloxane groups. The present invention is also directed to a process for the production of this polyisocyanate mixture and to its use, optionally in blocked form, as an isocyanate component in one- or two-component coating compositions.
