摘要： A mutant capable of producing 1,4-butanediol and a method of preparing 1,4-butanediol using the same are provided. The mutant microorganism is prepared by introducing and amplifying genes encoding enzymes converting succinate into 4-hydroxybutyrate and 4-hydroxybutyrate into 1,4-butanediol in a microorganism capable of producing succinate. The method includes culturing the mutant in a medium containing carbohydrate and obtaining 1,4-butanediol from the culture. Thus, 1,4-butanediol, which is essential in chemical industry, can be prepared in a biological process.

摘要： Provided are a porous structure for forming anti-fingerprint coating capable of providing a self-cleaning function to a surface of a substrate, a method of forming anti-fingerprint coating using the same, an anti-fingerprint coated substrate prepared by the same method, and a product including the same. When the porous structure including a lipolytic enzyme is formed on the surface of the substrate, contaminants decomposed by an enzyme are absorbed into a pore, and thus anti-fingerprint coating may be more effectively performed to remove detectable contamination from a surface of the substrate. As a result, contamination by fingerprints on the surface of a display device, the appearance of an electronic device, or building materials can be effectively reduced.

摘要： A communication event/message tracing method for an RPC-based distribution processing program which is capable of tracing an RPC communication between distribution processes in real time, judging a communication content, and debugging the distribution program. The method includes the steps of a first step in which a program and event list to be traced on an event tracing window of a debugging client is registered by a user and a debugging client reports the start of the event tracing to the debugging server in which a corresponding program exists; a second step in which the debugging servers reports a break point setting instruction to an event-related RPC library function to the rear debuffer in accordance with the report in the first step; a third step in which the rear debugger sets a break point with respect to the RPC library function of the program in accordance with the instruction of the second step and the result is reported to the debugging server; and a fourth step in which the debugging server reports to the debugging client that the event tracing operation is ready in accordance with the report of the third step.
