摘要： A selective hydrogenation catalyst, with alumina as carrier, and palladium as active component that distributed on the surface of the carrier in an egg-shell form, characterized in that: provided that the catalyst is weighed 100%, it comprises 0.2-0.5 wt % active component Pd, 2-8 wt % aids lanthanum and/or cerium, and 2-8 wt % alkaline earth metal. The specific surface area of the catalyst is 70-150 m2/g, the pore volume is 0.3-0.6 ml/g, and the crystal form of the carrier may be θ form or θ, α mixed form mainly composed of θ form. The catalyst is suitable for the selective hydrogenation of medium or low distillate oil, especially for the first stage selective hydrogenation of pyrolysis gasoline. The catalyst has good hydrogenation performance, and can keep good hydrogenation activity and stability especially under the condition that the feed contains a small quantity of water, and the content of colloid, arsenic, and diolefin is higher.

摘要： Apparatus and Process for delivering molten steel to a continuous casting mold with high inclusion removal capability and high mold pool flow optimization potential includes a tundish with a novel design and a metal distributor comprising a main chamber body connected to a vacuum device and tubes for metal exchange between the tundish, the distributor and the casting mold. At least one of the tubes has gas injection devices to perform gas lifting functions. The new design of the tundish enables it to receive all the steel in a ladle without leaving any heel and refining the steel to an extremely low inclusion level. The distributor is able to achieve an effective hydrostatic head relative to the mold metal level of the order of 10−2 m or below in the submerged entry nozzle and obtain fully filled and stable flow with low disturbance inside the SEN and therefore is able to deliver the molten steel at low velocities at SEN exits with minimum turbulent disturbance and high flow, thermal and chemical homogeneity over the entire metal bath in the mold. The invention also makes it possible to leave no heels in either the tundish or the distributor when they are replaced. The invention is particularly useful for thin slab and strip casting processes where mold flow control is critical to the casting process.

摘要： A prepaid accounting system for a wireless local area network (WLAN) and a method thereof are provided. The system includes: an authentication control point, an authentication server, and a service control point. The authentication control point is used to control access of a subscriber to WLAN; the authentication server is used to perform authentication, authorization and accounting for the subscriber; and the service control point is used to store and update subscriber information. The method includes the steps of: upon the start of accounting, an authentication server requesting a service control point to check account balance of a subscriber; during the accounting, the authentication server periodically requesting the service control point to check the account balance of the subscriber; and upon the termination of accounting, the authentication server notifying the service control point of the termination of accounting and the service control point updating the balance.
