摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unsaturated polyester resin composition which can provide a cured product having a low shrinkage, low linear expansion coefficient and high thermal conductivity, and is excellent in in-mold fluidity and curability.SOLUTION: The unsaturated polyester resin composition comprises 100 pts.mass of (a) an unsaturated polyester resin, 400 to 1,000 pts.mass of a mixture of (b) an inorganic filler having a thermal conductivity of ≥20 W/m×K and (c) aluminum hydroxide, 20 to 300 pts.mass of (d) a glass fiber having a fiber length of ≤1.5 mm, and 15 to 50 pts.mass of (e) a shrinkage-reducing agent, wherein the mass ratio of (b) the inorganic filler and (c) the aluminum hydroxide is 80:20 to 20:80. The composition further comprises an alkyl peroxyalkylate-based curing agent represented by (f) formula (1) (wherein R is an alkyl group, and R' is a ≥3C alkyl group), and (g) a polymerization initiator.

The unsaturated polyester resin composition yields a cured product having a low shrinkage ratio, a low linear expansion coefficient, and a high thermal conductivity coefficient, and is excellent in in-mold flowability and curability.
