    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact type magnetic gear having improved transmission torque, reduced manufacturing cost and improved economical efficiency.
      SOLUTION: The magnetic teeth of the magnetic gear have preset sizes and cavities between adjacent magnetic teeth are at preset intervals in arrangement. Thus, a center-to-center distance between the pair of magnetic gears is offset by a preset ratio to improve power transmission. The plurality of individually formed magnetic teeth are integrated into magnetic teeth brooks which constitute the magnetic gear, improving manufacturing processes, economical efficiency and quality.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic planetary gear device having improved transmission property, solving problems on the vibration, noises and oiling of a conventional planetary gear utilizing mechanical meshing operation.
      SOLUTION: The magnetic teeth of a magnetic sun gear is shaped so that they magnetically mesh with a magnetic planetary gear on the basis of quasi-inscribed meshing operation instead of circumscribed meshing operation which causes the pulsation of transmission torque, thus reducing the pulsation of transmission torque. Furthermore, the magnetic teeth of a magnetic external gear are partially removed for transmission torque balance in meshing between the magnetic planetary gear and the magnetic external gear and in meshing between the magnetic sun gear and the magnetic planetary gear, which improves transmission efficiency and reduced materials for the magnetic teeth, resulting in reduced material cost. The magnetic sun gear is in a paired structure with the magnetic planetary gear held therein, which increases power transmission torque.
