摘要： An etching process of a metal layer of a display panel is provided. First, a substrate with at least one display panel region, a testing device region, and a non-device region is provided. Then, a metal layer is formed over the substrate to cover the display panel region, the testing device region, and the non-device region. Next, a mask is formed on the metal layer to expose a portion of the metal layer. The area of the metal layer exposed by the mask substantially occupies 70%˜88% of the total area of the metal layer. Thereafter, a wet etching process is performed to remove the metal layer exposed by the mask.

摘要： This invention concerns electronic technology. One or more film light-emitting diodes which connect to positive and negative poles through conductor can be setup in the surface of a battery. Besides, one or more miniature light-emitting diode can be mounted in the end of a battery, connecting positive pole and negative pole through conductor. There are several advantages of this invention. First, because the film light-emitting diode is fixed in the surface of battery, we don't need to modify a lot in existing battery product line. Therefore, we can achieve a new function in the lowest cost. Second, the battery equips luminescence light-emitting diode, so it has lighting function instead of a electric torch. It can provide a large convenience when suffering earthquake or other emergency situation. Third, the battery has a long using life due to the high energy conversion efficiency.
