    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a detergent for an oily cosmetic, simply washing away a firm oily cosmetic.
      SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic is a w/o (water-in-oil) type emulsion in which a water phase is dispersed into an oil phase. The water phase contains at least one kind of a surfactant selected from an anionic, amphoteric and nonionic surfactants and the oil phase contains a dimethylpolysiloxane-methyl(polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene)siloxane copolymer having an HLB of ≤3 and a molecular weight of ≥55,000, a dimethylpolysiloxane-methyl(polyoxyethylene)siloxane copolymer having a molecular weight of ≥5,000 and an oxyethylene weight of ≤30 wt.% in the molecule and a dimethylpolysiloxane having an average polymerization degree of ≤10 in a formulation to cause a phase inversion to an o/w (oil-in-water) type on the skin during a cleaning operation.

      SOLUTION: The sheet material storage case comprises a case body 6 having an opening 5, and an outer lid 8 connected to the case body 6 via a hinge 7. The sheet materials 2 stored in a stack in the case body 6, are removed one by one by being stuck on the outer lid 8. An inner lid 9 is provided between the case body 6 and the outer lid 8, where the inner lid 9 so closes the opening 5 of the case body 6 as to leave exposed the ends corresponding to a free end of the outer lid 8, of the sheet materials 2 stored in the case body 6 across the entire width. The outer lid 8 has an adhesive body 13 on the free end side of its inner surface, so that the end of the sheet material 2 exposed without being closed with the inner lid 9 is stucked on the outer lid 8 when it is closed.
