摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunological detection method for phorbol antigen, anti-phorbol antibody, phorbol and phorbol derivative, and to provide a detection reagent and a detection kit for the phorbol and the phorbol derivatives. SOLUTION: The phorbol antigen, having immunogenicity to the phorbol and the phorbol derivative, is provided by bonding a carrier protein with respect to the phorbol and the phorbol derivative. As the carrier protein, BSA or RSA is suitably used. The anti-phorbol antibody is prepared by using the phorbol antigen, and the phorbol and the phorbol derivative are detected by immunological method by using the anti-phorbol antibody. Preferably, the immunological method is "ELISA", and further, competitively ELISA is to be used. The detection reagent may contain the anti-phorbol antibody and also may contain a solidified anti-phorbol antibody and an enzyme-labeled anti-phorbol antibody. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
