SOLUTION: In the wastes management system, a site manager terminal inputs wastes results information on wastes relating to materials put in a wastes container, and the wastes results information thus inputted is written to an electronic tag mounted in the wastes container and is also transmitted to a wastes management device. Then, the wastes management device receives the wastes results information from the site manager terminal, stores the wastes results information thus received, and transmits the wastes results information concerned and instructions for recovery to a transport firm terminal. In the inner lid, a plurality of placing areas that can hold refrigerants, respectively, are formed to cover throughout an entire area of the container part in the expanse direction, and a cold air supplying hole for communicating to the containing part is formed in each of the placing areas. Cold air of the refrigerants placed in an arbitrary placing areas are supplied from the cold air supplying holes to the arbitrary containing area divided by the wall bodies.
