A recovery unit is provided behind the separator to collect garbage scraped onto the mesh member. At least one separation rod unit is provided having a plurality of longitudinal members and a lateral member for joining the rear ends of the respective longitudinal members. The front end of at least one separation rod unit is secured to the separator so as to be turnable in the up-and-down direction.
