Concerning the stretch blow molded container (11) and the outer bag (12), a value A (A=W/V2/3), which is obtained by dividing the resin amount W (g) by ⅔ th power of the container capacity V (mL), is 0.13 to 0.25, and the capacity of the container (11) is 1000 mL or less.
