摘要： A manufacturing apparatus and manufacturing method are provided for manufacturing stably from a thermoplastic resin a resin film product having a small and uniform thickness and smooth surfaces, which has been impossible with a conventional tube extruding method or and blown film extrusion method. It comprises a heating extruder (1) for extruding a molten thermoplastic resin in a tubular form, and a core unit (2) opposed to an inner surface of said thermoplastic resin extruded in the tubular form, and molding said thermoplastic resin to a tubular resin film (20) while exuding a gas to said inner surface. A stabilizing device (4) is disposed between a nozzle (3) of said heating extruder (1) and said core unit (2) for stabilizing a shape of said thermoplastic resin extruded in the tubular form.

A storage unit stores optical face tangle error information of each reflecting surface of a rotary polyhedron. An assignment unit assigns a number to each of the plurality of reflecting surfaces, specifies by which of the plurality of reflecting surfaces light emitted for each line of the dot image data is to be reflected and assigns the number of the reflecting surface to each line of the dot image data. A determination unit determines a light emission mode corresponding to the dot image data based on the optical face tangle error information and the number of the reflecting surface. An exposure control unit causes the light source to emit light in accordance with the determined emission mode.

The press-fit portion comprises a curved portion which curves around an imaginary axis extending in the longitudinal direction. The lead wire comprises an end portion connected to the lead-wire connection portion of the metal terminal and comprising an outer circumferential surface. The connector housing comprises a press-fit hole having a wall surface. The press-fit portion of the metal terminal is press-fit into the press-fit hole. The sealing member provides a seal between the outer circumferential surface of the lead wire and the wall surface of the press-fit hole.
