摘要： An insulation film whose requisite constituent elements are first elements and a second element. The first elements include B, P, O and Fe. The second element can generate cations whose hexa-coordinated ion radius, defined by Shannon, R. D., is 0.073 nm or more, and which are bivalent or more. Since the second element having a large ion radius is incorporated into network formers made from the first elements, it is possible to improve the heat resistance of the insulation film.

摘要： Disclosed is a low cost, low magnetostriction body which is decreased only in magnetostriction while maintaining magnetic characteristics such as loss and saturation magnetization at desired values. Also disclosed is a dust core using such a low magnetostriction body. Specifically disclosed is a low magnetostriction body obtained by shaping a soft magnetic material powder added with an organic compound having an effect of changing the magnetostriction of the soft magnetic material when combined with it, and heat-treating a green compact in an inert atmosphere. The absolute value of the magnetostriction λO-P (1 T/50 Hz) of the low magnetostriction body is not more than 1.0×10−6. Also specifically disclosed is a dust core using such a low magnetostriction body.

摘要： A powder for dust core including a soft magnetic metal powder and a silicon impregnated layer made of silicon concentrated in a surface layer of the soft magnetic metal powder, in which a silicon dioxide powder is diffusion-bonded to a surface of the silicon impregnated layer to form a diffusion-bonded part while a part of the silicon dioxide powder is impregnated and diffused in the silicon impregnated layer and the other part of the same protrudes from the surface of the silicon impregnated layer. The diffusion-bonded part creates a gap with respect to another powder for dust core, thereby providing increased specific resistance.

摘要： A printed circuit board (PCB) has a connection ground pattern and a wiring ground pattern. The connection ground pattern is a pattern for soldered connection formed on a first wiring layer. The wiring ground pattern is formed to be spaced from the connection ground pattern on the first wiring layer. The connection ground pattern and the wiring ground pattern are electrically coupled via a second wiring layer. When the wiring ground pattern is covered with an insulating layer, such as a solder resist, even if the position of an end of the insulating layer varies among wiring ground patterns, an influence on an exposed area of the connection ground pattern is eliminated.
