    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracking of concrete around a pile without increasing a work process and cost. SOLUTION: A cushioning member 2 is provided between the pile 1 and the concrete placed around the pile 1. A sheet material formed of nonvulcanized butyl-based rubber formed in sheet shape with a thickness of about 2-3 mm is used as the cushioning member 2. The sheet material forming the cushioning member 2 is stuck to a part to be embedded in the concrete 3 around the pile 1. As a result, the cushioning member 2 reduces temperature stress generated to the concrete 3, so that cracking of the concrete 3 can be prevented. Furthermore, since there is no need to remove the pile 1 by box-drawing around the pile 1 or to place non-shrink concrete in the removed box-drawing part, cracking of the concrete 3 can be prevented without increasing the work process and cost.
