SOLUTION: This charging equipment for electric vehicles includes an operation terminal and a control unit. The operation terminal has a power supply means which has one or more plug socket ports for supplying an electric vehicle with power; an information input means which enables input of charging order information; an information display means; and a bill recovering means which collects the rate from the user. The control unit has a memory and a processor, and stores charging order information inputted from the information input means, computes charging reservation information including the charging start time C

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing gaseous hydrogen by using hydrocarbons having relatively long carbon chains and easily obtainable in remote districts such as kerosene and gasoline as raw material oil. SOLUTION: Raw material oil whose boiling point lies in the range of 35 to 320°C and hydrogen are fed and are subjected to hydrocracking in the presence of a catalyst, so that carbon chains are cut, and simultaneously, hydrogenation is caused to produce a hydrocracked gas having a high content of lower saturated hydrocarbons, and thereafter, the obtained hydrocracked gas is subjected to steam reforming. Even when hydrocarbons having relatively long carbon chains and easily obtainable in remote districts such as kerosene and gasoline are used as raw material oil, gaseous hydrogen can stably be produced without precipitating carbon. SOLUTION: The charging system for electric vehicles includes a charging terminal device and a control unit. The charging terminal device includes: a power supplying means for supplying power to the battery of an electric vehicle; an information input means that inputs charge instruction information; an information displaying means; and a charge collecting means for collecting charges from users. The control unit includes a storage device and a computing device. It stores charge instruction information input from the information input means, computes charge reservation information including estimated charge start time, estimated charge end time, and charging fee, and sets a time for which the power supplying means is available.
