摘要： In a laser beam scanning system for recording information on a recording material employing a rotating mirror, a photodetector is provided to receive a laser beam in the start position of rasters. The photodetector supplies a synchronizing signal for making a synchronization between the laser beam scanning and a video signal supplied to a light modulator to modulate the laser beam. The frequency of base clock pulses is several times as large as that of the video clock pulses, whereby the start positions of the effective rasters on the recording material are aligned with each other.

摘要： A laser recording device adapted for use in a facsimile system in which a semiconductor laser is activated by a series of pulses the number of which is produced in accordance with an input signal. The input signal is sampled with a sampling pulse signal whereas the pulses applied to the semiconductor laser are produced at a frequency which is at least two orders of magnitude greater than the frequency of the pulses used to sample the input signal. The input signal is digitized and used to address a read-only memory which outputs a number of pulses in dependence upon the amplitude of the input signal. The output number of pulses may be logarithmically related to the magnitude of the input signal.

A total spring constant of the first vibration damping device in a direction of input of torque reaction force of the drive unit is larger than a total spring constant of the second vibration damping device. An average value of a distance between a torque roll axis of the drive unit and the second vibration damping device is greater than an average value of a distance between the torque roll axis and the first vibration damping device.

摘要： A rotatable head type electrophotographic apparatus comprises a rotatable head supported on a moveable table and having a corona charging electrode and a light source secured thereto to face outwardly of the circumferential surface thereof. A development processing unit is supported on the moveable table close to a photosensitive material supported on a platen having a curved supporting surface. The light source is driven in accordance with a predetermined modulating signal to form an electrostatic latent image in the photosensitive material when the rotatable head is rotated and moved above the photosensitive material. The latent image is immediately developed by processing liquid flowing in the development processing unit along the surface of the photosensitive material.
