摘要： A photographing apparatus comprises an operation unit, a controller, and a display unit. The operation unit has a range setting unit that is used for setting an upper limited value of a range of a sensitivity of an imaging sensor and a lower limited value of the range in a first sensitivity setting state where the sensitivity is calculated on the basis of a luminance value obtained in a photometric operation. The controller sets the upper limited value and the lower limited value corresponding to an operation of the range setting unit. The display unit displays an illustration of the upper limited value and the lower limited value that are set by the controller.

摘要： A porous Si layer is formed on a single-crystal Si substrate, and then a p+-type Si layer, p-type Si layer and n+-type Si layer which all make up a solar cell layer. After a protective film is made on the n+-type Si layer, the rear surface of the single-crystal Si substrate is bonded to a tool, and another tool is bonded to the front surface of the protective film. Then, the tools are pulled in opposite directions to mechanically rupture the porous Si layer and to separate the solar cell layer from the single-crystal substrate. The solar cell layer is subsequently sandwiched between two plastic substrates to make a flexible thin-film solar cell.

An encrypting unit (15) generates encrypting information by using a number that is included in the attached information and that is allocated to the input information, and encrypts information included in the recording unit by the encrypted information. Further, the information encrypted by the encrypting unit, the attached information corresponding to the input information and the license are associated with every section divided by the content control unit through an outside input and output I/F(11) and the associated information and the license are recorded on a recording medium.
