A cavity having a semicircular shape in cross section is formed in one end of the block facing toward an outer circumferential side of a drive pulley and recessed toward another end side of the block. When the timing belt is moved in a radial outward direction so as to separate away from the drive pulley, movement of the timing belt is restricted, whereby the enmeshed condition of the timing belt and the drive pulley is maintained.
