摘要： An LED lamp includes a radiator, two caps and a light emitting module. The radiator includes a base and a plurality of fins parallel to each other extends along a face of the base, the fins are integrally formed with the base. The two caps are aligned with two opposite ends of the radiator along a longitudinal direction. The light emitting module includes several circuit boards attaching to another face of the base and a plurality of LEDs disposed on the circuit boards. The circuit boards are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the fins, the radiator is cut into pieces with different length according to the arrangement of the circuit board. The present disclosure also provides a method for manufacturing the LED lamp.

The engaging portion receiving a front end of the lamp pole therein and secured to the lamp pole, defines a plurality of engaging holes located corresponding to the adjustable holes. The adjustable portion is rotatable about the pivot shaft relative to the engaging portion. Two screws extend through the adjustable portion and screw into the engaging portion to connect the adjustable portion and the engaging portion together. When the adjustable portion is rotated from a first position to a second position, an elevation angle of the adjustable portion and accordingly the lamp head relative to the lamp pole is varied.

A plurality of screw assemblies extends through the bottom plate to engage with the receiving member to mount the bottom plate on the receiving member. Each of the screw assemblies includes a screw and a circlip snapping the screw. The screw includes a head and a thread portion extending from the head. The threaded portion threadedly engages in the receiving member. The bottom plate of the receiving member is sandwiched between the head and the circlip. A wire interconnects the receiving member and the bottom plate. The screws are remained on the bottom plate when the screws are loosened from the receiving member.

摘要： An outdoor LED lamp assembly includes a receiving member, a driving circuit module received in the receiving member, an LED lamp mounted on the receiving member, and a switch received in the receiving member and electronically connecting with the driving circuit module to control power off and power on of the outdoor LED lamp assembly. The receiving member includes a bottom plate. The LED lamp includes a heat sink and a plurality of LED modules mounted on the heat sink. The bottom plate depresses the switch so that the switch is at an “ON” position to enable a current to flow to the driving circuit module via the switch. When the bottom plate is removed from the receiving member, the switch is changed from the “ON” position to an “OFF” position, whereby the current cannot flow to the driving circuit module via the switch.

The envelope encloses the heat sink and the LED modules therein and has a lower end engaging with the lamp holder and an upper end engaging with the cover. The sealing cushion is provided between at least one of the combinations of the lamp holder and the envelope, and of the cover and the envelope to prevent an entry of foreign matter.
