摘要： An organic electroluminescent element having double mixed layers. The organic electroluminescent element comprises at least a substrate, a first electrode, a first type carrier transport mixed layer, a first type carrier transport layer, an emitting layer, and a second electrode. The structure of the organic electroluminescent element according to the present invention is designed in order to lowers the operating voltage and extends the lifetime thereof, and the electroluminescent interference problems of conventional organic electroluminescent elements are solved thereby.

摘要： An organic electroluminescent device is disclosed. The organic electroluminescent device comprises a substrate, an anode, a blue luminescent layer, and a cathode. The anode is disposed on the substrate. The blue luminescent layer is disposed on the anode. The cathode is disposed on the luminescent layer. The blue luminescent layer comprises a host, a first dopant and a second dopant. The first dopant and the second dopant are doped within the host. Because of the excellent blue light color and brightness of first dopant in blue luminescent layer and the longer lifetime of second dopant in blue luminescent layer, the organic electroluminance device of the present invention improves lifetime, luminescent efficiency, and brightness thereof.

A volume ratio of the hole transport material to electron transport material in the first mixing layer decreases gradually from 99% to X % starting from the surface adhered to the anode layer, and that of the second mixing layer increases gradually from X % to 99% starting from the surface adhered to the mixing layer.
