摘要： The present invention provides a reaction product having polyether carbamate groups formed from (A) polyoxyalkylene amine, and (B) cyclic carbonate, in an equivalents ratio ranging from 1:0.5 to 1:1.5. Further provided is a process for preparing the aforementioned reaction product. The present invention also is directed to an improved curable coating composition including (1) a reactive functional group-containing polymer, and (2) a curing agent having functional groups reactive with the functional groups of (1), the improvement being the inclusion in the coating composition the reaction product. Multilayer composite coatings including a first coating layer formed from the curable coating composition and a second coating layer over the curable coating composition are also provided, as well as coated substrates.

摘要： A photo-acoustic polarimetric remote sensing apparatus includes a telescope that directs visible light photons from an object. A polarizing beam splitter is in optical alignment with the telescope. The polarizing beam splitter has first and second pathways corresponding to first and second polarization states, respectively. The first and second pathways are substantially perpendicular. A first photodetector is in optical alignment with the first pathway, and a second photodetector is in optical alignment with the second pathway. At least one processor is in communication with the first and second photodetectors. The at least one processor generates a signal corresponding to a degree of linear polarization of the photons over time, and the signal is indicative of an acoustic signature of the object.

摘要： Systems and methods for detecting and mitigating interference between from a wireless time division duplex (TDD) communications device and a wireless frequency division duplex (FDD) communications device includes processing quality-indicator reports received from the FDD device to determine if the FDD device has experienced interference from the TDD device. Such interference may be mitigated by adjusting a downlink configuration of the FDD base station in communication with the FDD device. To detect and mitigate interference from an FDD device to a TDD device, it is determined if a monitored value of an operational parameter of the FDD device is within a fixed range of a maximum value of the operational parameter, and if so, a specific time interval or frequency of the FDD device is assigned for communication purposes. Similar interference detection and mitigation techniques may also be used for interference scenarios between two TDD systems including TDD devices.
