摘要： A solar cell includes a substrate formed of n-type single crystal silicon, an emitter region of a p-type which is positioned at a first surface of the substrate and includes a first emitter region having a first sheet resistance and a second emitter region having a second sheet resistance less than the first sheet resistance, a plurality of surface field regions of the n-type locally positioned at a second surface opposite the first surface of the substrate, a plurality of first electrodes which are positioned only on the second emitter region to be separated from one another and are connected to the second emitter region, and a plurality of second electrodes which are positioned on the plurality of surface field regions to be separated from one another and are connected to the plurality of surface field regions.

The anti-reflection region includes a first opening region through which part of the emitter region is exposed and one or more second opening regions through which part of the emitter region is exposed. A first electrode is connected to the exposed emitter region of the first opening region through the anti-reflection region by metal plating and a first bus bar is connected to the exposed emitter region of one or more second opening regions through the anti-reflection region by metal plating.

摘要： The inventive anti-HGF/SF humanized antibody prepared by displaying on the surface of a phage an anti-HGF/SF chimeric Fab library comprising a set of human antibody light chain variable region (VL) and human antibody heavy chain variable region (VH) which are grafted with heavy chain complementary determining regions (HCDRs) of an anti-HGF/SF antibody of an animal other than human, has the equal or greater binding affinity than that of the parent anti-HGF/SF antibody, the neutralizing activity inhibiting the binding of HGF/SF to its receptor, cMET, while having the reduced immunogenicity in human. Therefore, the inventive anti-HGF/SF humanized antibody can be used for preventing and treating diseases effectively, e.g., cancers, by the action of binding HGF/SF to cMET.
