摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle head, the use of the needle head in a probe structure, and a method for electrically contacting a plurality of electronic components.SOLUTION: A needle head (1) has a main body (11) with a lower surface (111), a needle electrode (12) protruding from the lower surface (111), and a plurality of outlets (13) arranged on the lower surface (111). A channel (15) is arranged between an inlet (14) and the outlets (13) of the main body for conveying medium from the inlet (14) to the outlets (13). By this means, the electronic components arranged in the vicinity of the lower surface (111) of the needle head (1) come into direct contact with medium giving test environment during the test of the electronic components.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compensation filter in a sensor system with which an appropriate temperature compensation and shortening of the response time are performed.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a sensor signal adjustment method and a corresponding sensor system with a sensor giving sensor signal u(t) indicating the measurement other than temperature T. The dynamic component of the sensor signal u(t) depends on the temperature T. Further, there is provided a temperature sensor 2 for measuring the temperature T. The dynamic component of the sensor signal u(t) is adjusted according to the temperature sensed, giving a compensated sensor signal y(t). Such a sensor system makes it possible to compensate a long response time of the sensor.
