摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency signal generating circuit which is capable of operating over wide bands, at a low voltage and reducing the circuit area.
SOLUTION: A signal generating circuit 13 generates a signal of the same frequency as that of an output signal. A delay means 14 includes a plurality of delay circuits 17 and delays a signal generated by the signal generating circuit 13. A selection means 15 selects the output signals of the plurality of delay circuits 17. A combination means 19 combines signals selected by the selection means 15 and outputs an output signal. A control means 12 controls the selection means 15 based on data for setting a waveform of the output signal and a control signal for setting at least the amplitude, phase and frequency of the output signal.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase modulation circuit occupying smaller area and consuming less power without the necessity of a mixer circuit of cascade transistor circuit type or a high-speed and high-resolution DAC.SOLUTION: A symbol generating part 11 generates a signal corresponding to one of plural symbols based on a digital baseband signal. A differential ring oscillator 12 generates plural signals with particular angle phase difference. A phase selection mixer 13 includes plural first switch circuits for selecting one signal from plural signals output from the differential ring oscillator based on a selection signal output from the symbol generating part, and plural second switch circuits for selecting signals that have advanced or delayed by a certain angle compared with the signals selected by the first switch circuits based on the plural signals output from the differential ring oscillator based on the selection signal output from the symbol generating part. A synthesis circuit 14 synthesizes the plural signals output from the phase selection mixer.
