摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure of an apartment house, which prevents the length of a party wall from being limited, while being equipped with the advantage of preventing the protrusion of a column and a beam into a living space.
SOLUTION: In the apartment house 10 wherein a plurality of dwelling units are juxtaposed on each floor, a frame 30, which comprises the column 13 and the beam 12, composed of a steel-frame concrete structural member, is erected in the state of facing both outer peripheral surfaces, in a longitudinal direction in a plan view, of the apartment house 10; a plurality of studs 15, 15... are erected between the columns 13 and 13, arranged in an opposed state, along the party wall between the dwelling units 11 and 11; binders 14, 14... are continuously provided between the studs 15 and 15 and between the stud 15 and the column 13; and a slab floor 40 is formed on an almost horizontal plane which is formed of the beam 12 and the binder 14 on each floor. On different boundaries in the direction of a main reinforcement of the slab floor 40, a binder 16 is laid between the studs 15 and 15 almost in parallel with the beam 12. The studs 15 are arranged inside the party wall, and the binders 14 and 16 are embedded in the slab floor 40.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for joining a steel-frame concrete column and a beam together, which simplifies construction on a job site.
SOLUTION: Cylindrical bodies 19, 19... are laid between flanges 11b and 11b of H-shaped steel, so that a bolt through-hole 30 passing through the column 11 can be formed; a stiffener 20 and a doubler plate 21 are provided near the cylindrical body 19; the beam 12, which is constituted by fixedly providing a connecting flange 14 at the end of the H-shaped steel, abuts on the steel-frame concrete column 11 which is filled with concrete 24 throughout its length at the stage of production in a factory; and one long bolt 15 is inserted through the connecting flange 14 of the beam 12 and the bolt through-hole 30 of the column 11, so that the beam 12 and the column 11 can be joined together. The beam 12 is constituted as a steel-frame concrete beam or a steel-frame reinforced concrete beam, where concrete 25 is filled in advance into a section except the vicinity of a joint between the beam 12 and the column 11, and the concrete is placed near the joint after jointing.
