    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment device carrying out restriction of unhulled rice feed rate during circulation of unpolished rice in a machine with more simple structure as compared with the conventional ones by an inexpensive mechanism in an unhulled rice husking sorting machine comprising an unhulled rice husking part A for husking the unhulled rice, a husking falling rice wind sorting part B for wind-sorting husking falling rice from the unhulled rice husking part A, a rocking sorting device 20 type mixed rice sorting part C for sorting mixed rice of the unhulled rice and unpolished rice and a shell conveying part D, and having a unhulled rice feed valve 8 provided above husking rolls 9, 10 of the unhulled rice husking part A and a directional control valve 33 for circulating unpolished rice taken out from the rocking sorting device 20 constituting the mixed rice sorting part C in the machine and taking out it outside the machine.
      SOLUTION: A check mechanism 109 for not-opening the unhulled rice feed valve 8 at a set opening degree or more when the directional control valve 33 is switched to circulation side in machine and wholly opening the unhulled rice feed valve 8 when the directional control valve 33 is switched to the taking out side outside the machine; and an operation lever 92 for switching the directional control valve 33 to the circulation side in the machine or the taking out side outside the machine are provided. The check mechanism 109 is constituted such that it is interlocked with the operation lever 92 of the directional control valve 33 to switch the check state or the check release state.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shutter from being left open after weighing operation by energizing a solenoid by turning off a power switch provided on a control panel, retreating/advancing a shutter arm via a reciprocating member and fully closing a supply port with the arm releasing from the shutter side.
      SOLUTION: A power switch provided on a control panel is electrically connected with a solenoid 7. If good brown rice in a reservoir tank 1 runs out during weighing and weighing operation is finished, a shutter 3 keeps fully opened or partially opened. At this time an off-button of the power switch provided on the control panel is pressed, whereby the solenoid 7 is energized, and a shutter arm retreats/advances via a reciprocating member 6 and releases from the shutter 3 side. Then the shutter 3 is released from a state of keeping fully opened or partially opened to have a supply port 2 fully closed. Thus the shutter 3 can be prevented from being kept open after weighing operation is finished.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed shutter apparatus capable of fully closing a feed port even in the case where measuring work is finished during measurement, excellent in handling properties and simple in structure.
      SOLUTION: In this feed shutter apparatus, a reciprocating member 6 which is operated through a solenoid 7 according to the measurement of a preset quantity by a measuring scale is connected to a shutter arm 5, and by the disengagement of the shutter arm 5 from the side of a shutter 3 provided at the portion of a feed port 2 or by the engagement of the shutter arm 5 therewith, the feed port 2 is changed over to a fully opened state, a partly opened state or a fully closed state. A power switch of an operation panel is electrically connected to the solenoid 7, and even in the case where a storage tank 1 becomes empty during the measurement and measuring work is thereby finished, the shutter arm 5 is disengaged from the side of the shutter 3 through the reciprocating member 6 from the solenoid 7 due to the OFF state of the power switch and the feed port 2 is thereby fully closed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid instantaneous drop of a shutter by attaching a solenoid so that a direction of a line of action of a reciprocating member is approximately in parallel to a tangential direction including a left inclined direction of an extension arc of an arcuate orbit which engaging parts of a shutter arm draw below a rotation fulcrum of the shutter arm.
      SOLUTION: A solenoid 7 is attached so that directions of lines of action D, E of a reciprocating member 6 is approximately in parallel to a tangential direction I including a left inclined direction of an extension arc H of an arcuate orbit which engaging parts 16, 17 of a shutter arm 5 draw below a rotation fulcrum of the shutter arm 5. Thus a direction where the engaging parts 16, 17 of the shutter arm 5 release from a holding member 14 of a shutter 3 is in a direction of a downward arc. Then, if good brown rice in a bag approaches a set amount and the solenoid 7 is instantaneously powered, the reciprocating member 6 disengages in the direction of the downward arc and then recovered by a spring 15. In response to this operation, the shutter 3 gently lowers with its weight, thereby allowing the shutter to be gradually drawn.
