    • A power-on method for a circuit system having a power supply terminal and a charge input terminal, comprising: coupling the power supply terminal to a battery and the charge input terminal to an adaptor; detecting a voltage of the battery; when the voltage of the battery is below a threshold, turning on a second switch such that the adaptor supplies the circuit system through the charge input terminal and the second switch to start the circuit system and charge the battery; when the voltage of the battery is above the threshold, turning off the second switch, and turning on a third switch, such that the charge input terminal is coupled to the battery through the third switch, and the circuit system is powered by the battery; and outputting a switch signal to control a first switch coupled between the adaptor and the charge input terminal for controlling charge capacity.

    • A fan includes a fan frame and an impeller. The fan frame includes a frame body and a base, and the impeller is accommodated in the main body and is disposed on the base. The frame body has a column-shaped passage, an airflow outlet and an airflow inlet. The main body further has two expansion portions respectively disposed adjacent to the outlet and inlet. The expansion portions extend from the column-shaped passage to the outlet and the inlet, respectively. The main body has at least two planar sides so as to allow parts of the expansion portions to respectively form straight-cut lines where the planar sides are located, respectively. The base has several straight-cut planes, and each of the straight-cut planes is located with respect to the straight-cut line.

    • A voice system for announcing the type of failure when the basic input/output system (BIOS) program in the computer discovers an error during start-up. The voice system includes a pre-recorded voice integrated circuit and a voice output device. The BIOS program tests a plurality of peripheral devices. When errors are found in any peripheral device, a warning signal is sent to the pre-recorded voice integrated circuit. A corresponding error signal message is looked up in the pre-recorded voice integrated circuit and then the error signal message is transferred to the voice output device. A verbal failure message is announced through the voice output device. The error signal message includes all kinds of failures recorded in voice data format.

    • A recirculation fan includes a casing, a covering member, and a fan assembly. The casing has a base. The covering member is coupled with the casing to define an accommodation space. The fan assembly is disposed within the accommodation space, and includes a first impeller, a second impeller, a motor, and a plurality of magnetic elements. The second impeller is located beside the first impeller. The motor is fixed on the base of the casing and connected with the first impeller for driving rotation of the first impeller. The magnetic elements are arranged between the first impeller and the second impeller. A wind force generated by the first impeller and a magnetic torque resulted from a magnetic vortex of the magnetic elements cause contactless rotation of the second impeller.
