摘要： A semiconductor memory device including a clock buffer, a column selection line decoder, a control signal generation circuit, and a column selection line driver is provided. The clock buffer receives an external clock signal and information about a column address strobe (CAS) latency and generates either a first clock signal which synchronizes with rising edges of the external clock signal or a second clock signal which synchronizes with falling edges of the external clock signal depending on the type of CAS latency information. The column selection line decoder receives and decodes a column selection address and outputs a decoding address used to select either a column selection line signal synchronized with the first or second clock signal. The control signal generation circuit outputs control signals that synchronize with one of the first and second clock signals. The column selection line driver drives the column selection line signal in synchronization with one of the first and second clock signal in response to the decoding address and the control signals.

摘要： A method and apparatus for grouping wireless access points and re-grouping access points separated from a group in order to construct a clear and efficient transmission connection channel in an extended wireless LAN architecture are provided. Accordingly, a grouped mobile node determines disconnection of a connection channel to the group, and if the connection channel is disconnected, the mobile node searches for a connection channel to the existing group or a new group to re-subscribe thereto, so that all the mobile nodes can always be in a grouped state. As a result, it is possible to prevent broadcast storm in which broadcasted frames are repetitively transmitted along a loop in an extended wireless LAN architecture.

摘要： A polymerase chain reaction apparatus includes: a substrate; a high-temperature sidewall erected on the substrate; a low-temperature sidewall erected on the substrate and facing the high-temperature sidewall; and a reaction chamber consisting of the substrate, the high-temperature sidewall, and the low-temperature sidewall, wherein a sample contained in the reaction chamber is repetitively thermal-circulated between the high-temperature sidewall and the low-temperature sidewall using Marangoni convection generated by a surface tension gradient resulting from a temperature difference in an interface between the sample and air. The PCR amplification can be automatically accomplished by surface tension flow generated by Marangoni convection resulting from a temperature difference in an interface between the sample and air when a temperature difference between the sidewalls of the chamber is maintained constant. As a result, it is possible to reduce power consumption, simplify the configuration of a temperature control circuit, and reduce the time for a cycle of amplification.
