摘要： A screen displaying method and apparatus for displaying screens in a display system are provided. The method includes setting at least one Activation Information Region (AIR) and at least one Deactivation Information Region (DIR) to a screen of the display system, displaying items on at least one set AIR and at least one set DIR, detecting a touch gesture applied to the AIR or the DIR, executing a function corresponding to the touch gesture applied to the AIR, and altering and displaying an image of at least one item in the DIR according to the touch gesture applied to the DIR. Accordingly, items can be displayed on a screen with a high level of visibility for easy recognition.

摘要： Provided is a method of fabricating a vertical cavity surface emitting laser among semiconductor optical devices, comprising: bonding a dielectric mirror layer to an epi-structure having a mirror layer and an active layer; bonding these on a new substrate using a metal bonded method; removing the existing substrate; and fabricating a vertical cavity surface emitting laser on the new substrate. The method of fabricating the vertical cavity surface emitting laser is performed by moving and attaching a vertical cavity surface emitting laser to a new substrate using an external metallic bonding method, without electrically and optically affecting upper and lower mirrors and an active layer that constitutes the vertical cavity surface emitting laser. While using the existing method of fabricating the vertical cavity surface emitting laser, the VCSEL is fabricated by moving to a new substrate having good thermal characteristics so that good heat emission characteristics are accomplished, thus facilitating manufacture of the vertical cavity surface emitting laser having high reliability and good characteristics.

摘要： Provided is a cathode mix for a lithium secondary battery, comprising a cathode active material, a conductive material and a binder, wherein the cathode mix uses a mixture of a flake-like carbon material (a), and a spherical chain-like carbon material (b) in a weight ratio (a/b) of 0.01 to 1 as the conductive material; and a lithium secondary battery comprising the same. Use of the conductive material according to the present invention can achieve simultaneous improvements in conductivity and loading density of the cathode mix, provide excellent discharge characteristics even with increased loading amounts of the cathode mix, and secure performance uniformity between the battery cells.
