    • A screen formation system includes: a vehicle condition determination processing unit that determines a vehicle condition; a storage device containing, recorded therein, a candidate screen map in which vehicle conditions and candidate screens are interrelated, each candidate screen representing a screen that is highly likely to be shown on a display unit next after a current screen on the basis of the determined vehicle condition; a candidate screen acquisition processing unit that acquires the candidate screen corresponding to the vehicle condition by referring to the candidate screen map; an off-screen drawing processing unit that draws the acquired candidate screen as an off-screen while the current screen is shown on the display unit; and a screen formation processing unit that shows the off-screen on the display unit responsive to an instruction for a screen change from the current screen made by an operator.

    • A method for preparing a toner including as toner components at least a binder resin, a pigment and a dispersant for the pigment. The method includes firstly mixing at least the pigment and the dispersant to prepare a first mixture; secondly mixing the first mixture with the other toner components including at least the binder resin to prepare a second mixture; kneading the second mixture using an open roll kneader; pulverizing the kneaded material to prepare a colored powder; and classifying the colored powder to prepare particles of the toner, wherein the binder resin includes a polyester resin, and the dispersant includes a fatty acid ester.

    • A display device includes: a substrate provided on a side of the display surface; a counter substrate disposed to face the substrate; a display layer provided between the substrate and the counter substrate and filled with a dispersion liquid formed of a dispersion medium in which white particles and black particles charged with polarities opposite to each other are dispersed; and a particle constrained layer provided in the display layer, and suppresses the white particles and the black particles from moving in an in-plane direction of the display layer, while allowing the particles to move in the thickness direction of the display layer.
