      SOLUTION: A light-emitting diode (LED) 3 is installed on each face 2 of a polyhedral object 1. The polyhedral object 1 has shape symmetric with respect to a point 4 that is the center thereof, and is fixed to a base 6 by a fixed shaft 5. A spherical light diffusing plate 7 is disposed such that the spherical light diffusing plate 7 covers the whole of the polyhedral object 1 installed with the light-emitting diodes 3, and that the center accords with the point 4. The light diffusing plate 7 comprises a plate for scattering and diffusing light in every direction without reducing light intensity itself as thoroughly as possible.

      SOLUTION: The air-core 1 is provided with an insulating substrate 2, and a coil wire 3 embedded into the insulating substrate 2. The insulating substrate 2 has a substrate opening part 4. The coil wire 3 has a basic coil part 5 wound around the circumference of the substrate opening part 4, and an overlaid coil part 7, having an overlaid winding part 6 wound by surrounding the basic coil part 5. The basic coil part 5 and the overlaid winding part 6 are connected to each other in series. A conductor, in which current flows penetrates the substrate opening part 4, the basic coil part 5 and the overlaid winding part 6 are connected to each other so that the induced electromotive force caused by the current is not canceled. Since the basic coil part 5 and the overlaid winding part 6 are overlaid and wound on one insulating substrate 2, the number of winding of the coil wire 3 is increased, and the induced electromotive force is increased.
