SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device 1 has a liquid crystal panel 3 for displaying images on a display face thereof and a FPC board 51 to be connected to the liquid crystal panel 3. The FPC board 51 can have an apparent flat surface area reduced by being bent in areas 51a' and 51a" other than a side where the liquid crystal panel 3 and the FPC board 51 are connected (J1 and J2), whereby the liquid crystal display device 1 having the FPC board 51 can be miniaturized. Contrary, a substantial area of the FPC board 51 may be increased to be able to form a large circuit on the FPC board 51.
