    • PURPOSE: To make it possible to obtain high temperature hot water and medium temperature hot water (or warm water) from the hot water returning from a solar heat collector by a method wherein a coolant condenser is provided within a hot water storage tank to which the solar heat collector is connected and the return hot water from the solar heat collector is heated by condenser so that a part of the heated high temperature hot water is taken out directly and the remaining hot water is taken out as medium temperature hot water through the hot water storage tank.
      CONSTITUTION: A circulation circuit 6 including a circulation pump 3 and the solar heat collector 4 is connected to the hot water storage tank 1 which is supplied with service water from a feed water pump 2 so that the service water can be heated by solar heat through the heat collector 4. Further, a high temperature tank 5 is defined within the hot water strorage tank 1 and the condenser 9 constituting a refrigerator 7 together with a compressor 8, a pressure reducing element 10 and an evaporator 11 is received within the high temperature tank 5. The service water preheated by the heat collector 4 is returned to the high temperature tank 5, heated to a high temperature by the condensing heat of the condenser 9 and a part of the high temperature hot water is flowed out from a high temperature hot water conduit 12. On the other hand, the remaining high temperature hot water is introduced into the hot water storage tank 1 through a communication port 13 and is taken out from a conduit 14 as the medium temperature hot water after it is mixed with low temperature hot water already stored in the tank 1.

    • PURPOSE: To enable to supply most commonly used medium-temperature water at a low cost, by employing such an arrangement that a lower region, middle region and upper region of a hot-water reservoir tank are heated respectively by a solar heat collector, condensation heat of a refrigerator, and high-temperature heat source.
      CONSTITUTION: City water in a hot-water reservoir tank 1, supplied by a feed water pump 2, is carried from a lower region A of the tank 1 to a solar heat collector 4 by a circulating pump 3. After heating the city water at the solar heat collector 4, it is carried back into the tank 1. In a middle region B of the tank 1, there is provided a condenser 9 which constitutes a refrigerator together with an outdoor unit 12 consisting of a compressor 8, pressure-reducing element 10 and evaporator 11. In an upper region, on the other hand, there is provided a high-temperature heat source 13 of an electric heater. With such an arrangement, city water in the tank 1 is preheated gradually by the solar heat collector 4. However, in case that water in the middle region B is not heated up to a medium temperature (about 55°C), compressor 8 is set into operation automatically for heating water by the condensation heat of condenser 9. Further, in case of using high-temperature water, current is supplied to the heater 13.
