摘要： A content providing system and method for a streaming service are provided. The content providing system is connected to at least one of wired/wireless terminals and a wide area server. The content providing system includes at least one of local servers and a manage node. The local servers store contents received from the wide area server and provide context index information. The managing node manages the context index information by the contents stored in the local servers and the wide area server, and determines a storing location of a corresponding content from the context index information if a content request message is received from a terminal. Also, the managing node transmits the requested content to the terminal through a wired/wireless Internet network by transmitting a content-transmission message to local servers having the corresponding content or the wide area server.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device. The method includes the steps of forming a gate in a cell region and a peripheral region of a substrate, depositing a buffer oxide layer on the gate and the substrate, annealing a resultant structure of the substrate, depositing a nitride spacer layer on the buffer oxide layer, depositing an oxide spacer layer on the nitride spacer layer, forming an oxide spacer at the peripheral region of the substrate, and removing the oxide spacer layer remaining in the cell region. The annealing step is additionally carried out after depositing the buffer oxide layer so as to improve the interfacial surface characteristic and film quality, so that oxide etchant is prevented from penetrating into the silicon substrate during the wet dip process. Unnecessary voids are prevented from being created in the silicon substrate.

摘要： The present invention relates to placenta tissue-derived multipotent stem cells and cell therapeutic agents containing the same. More specifically, to a method for producing placenta stem cells having the following characteristics, the method comprising culturing amnion, chorion, decidua or placenta tissue in a medium containing collagenase and bFGF and collecting the cultured cells: (a) showing a positive immunological response to CD29, CD44, CD73, CD90 and CD105, and showing a negative immunological response to CD31, CD34, CD45 and HLA-DR; (b) showing a positive immunological response to Oct4 and SSEA4; (c) growing attached to plastic, showing a round-shaped or spindle-shaped morphology, and forming spheres in an SFM medium so as to be able to be maintained in an undifferentiated state for a long period of time; and (d) having the ability to differentiate into mesoderm-, endoderm- and ectoderm-derived cells. Also the present invention relates to placenta stem cells obtained using the production method. The inventive multipotent stem cells have the ability to differentiate into muscle cells, vascular endothelial cells, osteogenic cells, nerve cells, satellite cells, fat cells, cartilage-forming cells, osteogenic cells, or insuline-secreting pancreatic β-cells, and thus are effective for the treatment of muscular diseases, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, nervous diseases, diabetes and the like, and are useful for the formation of breast tissue.
