    • Disclosed herein is a pressure-dependent automatic leak valve for sphygmomanometers which is able to regularly reduce the pressure in a cuff without manipulation of a pressure reducing valve. The pressure-dependent automatic leak valve of the present invention includes an outer casing, with an inlet port formed at a predetermined position in the outer casing so that air is drawn from the cuff into the outer casing, and an outlet port formed at a predetermined position in the outer casing so that the air, drawn through the inlet port, is discharged outside through the outlet port. The pressure-dependent automatic leak valve further includes a movable member which has a diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the outer casing and inserted into the outer casing, and a spring which supports the movable member in the outer casing. In the present invention, the height of the movable member is changed according to the pressure in the cuff. Fluid resistance of air to be discharged through the pressure-dependent automatic leak valve is automatically changed in proportion to the height of the movable member, so that air is discharged at a constant rate. Thereby, the pressure in the cuff is reduced at a constant speed.

The peak expiratory flow meter includes a lower casing unit (110), an air expansion unit (130) and an upper casing unit (150). The lower casing unit (110) includes a first body (112) having an open top and open opposite sides and having a first end in which a first expiratory flow entrance (114) is formed, a plurality of rails (118), and a movable plate (122). The air expansion unit (130) includes a pressure transfer tube (132), an elastic plate (136), and a pressure spring (140).
