    • Disclosed herein is a light-diffusing film for a backlight unit of a thin film transistor-liquid crystal display. Specifically, the current invention provides a light-diffusing film, including a transparent base sheet, a light-diffusing layer, which is laminated on any one surface of the base sheet and includes a light-diffusing resin and light-diffusing particles, and an antiblocking layer, which is laminated on the other surface of the base sheet and includes an antiblocking resin and antiblocking particles, in which the light-diffusing particles satisfy a predetermined relation between a specific surface area and a radius thereof. Accordingly, the light-diffusing film of the current invention can uniformly diffuse light transmitted from a light source lamp positioned at the side surface or back surface of a display device, thus realizing vivid and distinct display images.

    • Disclosed herein is a light-diffusing sheet, composed of a base sheet including a synthetic resin and organic particles or inorganic particles, in which voids are formed around the organic or inorganic particles, a light-diffusing layer laminated on one surface of the base sheet, and an antiblocking layer laminated on the other surface of the base sheet. In the light-diffusing sheet of this invention, since the voids are formed around the organic or inorganic particles in the base sheet, light transmittance and light diffusibility are increased via maximizing scattering and reflection upon passing light through the base sheet, in particular, the voids, thus providing a light-diffusing sheet capable of increasing the light efficiency of a backlight unit. Thereby, in the case where the light-diffusing sheet of this invention is applied to a backlight unit of a TFT-LCD, vivid and distinct images are realized throughout the surface of the display.

    • Disclosed herein is a diffusion sheet for use in a backlight unit of a TFT-LCD. Specifically, this invention provides a diffusion sheet including a transparent base sheet, a light-diffusing layer laminated on one surface of the base sheet, and an antiblocking layer laminated on the other surface of the base sheet, the base sheet satisfying a refractive index represented by a predetermined equation.     • Disclosed herein is a light-diffusing film having pores for use in a backlight unit of a TFT-LCD. The light-diffusing film having pores of this invention comprises a base sheet composed of a synthetic resin; a light-diffusing layer laminated on one surface of the base sheet and having pores formed by applying a composition including a light-diffusing resin and light-diffusing particles contained in the light-diffusing resin under controlled composition supply pressure of 1˜5 kgf/cm2 and travel speed of the base sheet of 10˜200 m/min; and an antiblocking layer laminated on the other surface of the base sheet. According to this invention, the light-diffusing film has improved total light transmittance and light diffusibility owing to the pores formed in the light-diffusing layer, and is thus usefully applicable to a backlight unit of a TFT-LCD.

First, they can be used for gene targeting and have a high percentage of germline transmission when injected into diploid host blastocysts (˜50-80%). These advantages indicate that the inbred B6 ES cells provided here facilitate the rapid generation of inbred B6 mouse models in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
