摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element and a method for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion element.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element includes: a crystalline semiconductor substrate 110; an amorphous first conductivity type semiconductor layer 162 which is formed in a first region of the rear surface of the semiconductor substrate 110 and contains first impurities; an amorphous second conductivity type semiconductor layer 172 which is formed in a second region of the rear surface of the semiconductor substrate 110 and contains second impurities different from the first impurities; and a gap passivation layer 120 provided between the first region and the second region, on the rear surface of the semiconductor substrate. The first conductivity type semiconductor layer 162 is provided on the gap passivation layer 120.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling structure between solar cell modules.SOLUTION: A solar cell array includes: a plurality of solar cell modules each of which has a frame provided with a first surface extending in a first direction and a first insertion hole formed on the first surface and extending in the first direction; and a fixing member which extends in a second direction vertical to the first direction and connects two adjacent modules of the plurality of solar cell modules. The fixing member includes a first fastening part and a second fastening part respectively placed on the first insertion holes of the two adjacent modules. The first insertion holes include guide parts and insertion parts respectively. The guide parts are bent from the insertion parts so as to guide the first fastening part and the second fastening part to the respective guide parts.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell with an increased absorption rate of the solar light incident into the solar cell, and also provide a solar cell manufacturing method allowing manufacture of various kinds of solar cells including the solar cell.SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing solar cells, a semiconductor layer is formed on a second surface of a substrate opposite to a first surface of the substrate. The first surface is adapted to receive solar light. First impurity gas adheres to the semiconductor layer. A laser is injected onto the semiconductor layer to form a first doped pattern. Accordingly, loss of solar light incident onto a front surface of the substrate of a solar cell may be reduced.
