摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a W/O emulsifier for an emulsion fuel, exerting superior emulsifiability or dispersibility and stability with time in production of the emulsion fuel by dispersing water in a fuel oil.SOLUTION: The W/O emulsifier is a polyglycerine ester of condensed recinoleic acid composed of polyglycerine in which the sum of contents of triglycerine and tetraglycerine is ≥50 wt.%, and condensed recinoleic acid. By using the emulsifier, water can be stably dispersed in the fuel oil such as light oils or heavy oils.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil dissolving agent with which an oil dissolving composition, stable over a long period of time, and having dispersed water in an oil component containing at least 50 wt.% of hydrocarbon oil with the viscosity of 0-5 mPa s at 25°C can be produced; and to provide an oil dissolving composition using the same.SOLUTION: As an oil dissolving agent, one polyglycerol fatty acid ester, particularly a polyglycerol fatty acid ester having HLB of 10-14 and containing oleic acid and/or isostearic acid as a fatty acid is used. Also, when not less than two polyglycerol fatty acid esters are used together, the weight average HLB of polyglycerol fatty acid esters to be used is 10-14 and the constituent fatty acid thereof is oleic acid and/or isostearic acid. By using the oil dissolving agent, the oil dissolving composition, stable over a long period of time, and having dispersed water in the oil component containing at least 50 wt.% of hydrocarbon oil with the viscosity of 0-5 mPa s at 25°C can be produced.
