摘要： A semiconductor apparatus is comprising a circuit board with a semiconductor device surface-mounted on one surface thereof. A heatsink is disposed and fixed with a connection member and separated with a predetermined distance on one side of the circuit board opposite to the surface where the semiconductor device is mounted. A heat conductive sheet is provided between the circuit board and the heatsink and thermally connecting the semiconductor device and the heatsink through the circuit board. The heat conductive sheet is constituted as a laminate of a first member and a second member and one of the first and second members is a ceramic board whereas the other is a resin sheet material having highly heat conductive fillers mixed therein.

摘要： An optical polymer material includes an alternating copolymer made of a monomer of a styrene derivative and a monomer of a maleimide derivative, and has a nonlinear property in which the photoelastic coefficient of the optical polymer material decreases to a predetermined value with increase in composition ratio of the styrene derivative, and rises above the predetermined value with further increase in composition ratio of the styrene derivative. A composition ratio of the styrene derivative is within a predetermined range. An absolute value of the photoelastic coefficient is equal to or smaller than a first absolute value within the predetermined range of the composition ratio, and an absolute value of the intrinsic birefringence is equal to or smaller than a second absolute value of the optical polymer material within the predetermined range of the composition ratio.

摘要： A multimode graded-index plastic optical fiber comprises a cladding and a core. The core has a refractive index which continuously becomes higher as closer to a center of a circular cross-section of the core. The core propagates light of a first mode group, which should be propagated, of incoming light from one end face of the core and emits the light from the other end face of the core. The cladding is provided on a periphery of the core and has a cylindrical cross-section. The cladding has a refractive index which is lower than that of the core. The cladding deflects light of the first mode group at an interface with the core. The core has a first core section, a second core section and a third core section. The first core section contacts an inner circumference of the cladding. The second core section is inside the first core section, and is inside the core. The second core section is a light scattering section which scatters light of a second mode group of the incoming light outside. The second mode group is of a higher order than the first mode group.
