This invention also provides methods for determining ligand binding, detecting expression, drug screening, and treatments for alleviating abnormalities associated with mammalian glycine transporter. This invention further provides methods for determining ligand binding, detecting expression, drug screening, and treatments for alleviating abnormalities associated with human glycine transporter.
