摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the alignment of tab pieces from going wrong due to injection pressure, when insert molding a bus bar body. SOLUTION: In this bus bar body 50 a bus bar base material 55W on which tabs 57 are formed in parallel so as to be projected from the side edge of a connecting part 56 and a holding body 51 made of resin and having punched out holes 54 are integrally formed with each other by insert molding, and the connecting part 56 is broken by one of punched holes 54 to divide the bus bar base material 55W into a plurality of bus bars 55. The holding part 1 is provided with window holes 59 exposing the part on the edge side more than a region to be broken H of the connecting part 56. In the process of insert molding, a metal mold 70 presses the end part of the connecting part 56 in a space corresponding to the window holes 59, so that the deformation of the end part of the connecting part 56 caused by injection pressure and the alignment of the tab pieces 57 located at the end part are prevented from going wrong.

Since one surface of a connecting part 56 forms an entire area exposing surface 56A, where an area corresponding to its stamped hole 54 and an area between adjacent stamped holes 54 are exposed throughout entire areas, by providing a dice 71 this surface, there is not need to form a projecting part having low strength in the dice 71.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tear mark from being produced on each tab piece when a bus bar body is separated from a carrier. SOLUTION: A bus bar body 50 is assembled in a housing and tab pieces 57 are brought into contact with terminal metal fittings, thereby short-circuiting the terminals metal fittings. In manufacturing the bus bar body 50, first, a plurality of bus bars 55 are linked to an edge part of a carrier 71 by means of bridge parts 72, a chain terminals 70 is press-molded having a shape connected to the bridge parts 72 at edge parts of link parts 56 of the bus bars 55, the bus bars 55 are unified with a holding body 51 by insert-molding, and this is separated from the carrier 71 by tearing up the bridge parts 72. In the form of the chain terminal, the bus bars 55 are locked not to tab pieces 57 but to the carrier 71 at the edge parts of the link parts 56, and therefore no tear mark is produced on the tab pieces when the bridge parts 72 are torn up.
