摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent infiltration of dust and water drops while nut dislocation is precluded. SOLUTION: A die pin 52 is protruded from the back surface to hold a nut 20 which is held in embeddment and supported in such a way that an outside pin 62 protruding from the inner bottom surface is contacted from outside to the die pin 52, and it is so arranged that a nut 20 can be held in proper place with no risk of being dislocated by the resin pressure. Also the arrangement is such that a lock pit 14 is, at the same time from the side, in communication with a through hole 14b in a back position, and therefore, it is no more required to bore a hole for generating communication between the inside and outside of the side wall 12, and a dustproof, anti-drip structure can easily be accomplished.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To initially enlarge the bore of an inserting hole of a seal member for improving its flexibility, and to decrease the above bore as the seal member is compressed for improving sealing ability by utilizing an inclined face to advance deformation due to compression inward. SOLUTION: As a grommet 30 used for a sealing member is sandwiched between a pair of members composed of an outer cover 10 and an inner cover 20, a conical shaped part 22 is formed in the inner cover 20 on the abutting face of the grommet 30, and moreover a conical part 32 is formed in the grommet to form the grommet into an inclined structure, and when the grommet is compressed by fastening it through a bolt 40 serving as a shaft member, the grommet is deformed so as to be pressed toward the inside of an inserting through hole 31 for improving inserting work ability during noncompressing with improved sticking ability to the bolt 40.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to electrically detect whether or not both connector housings have been properly connected in a lever-type connector. A lever 40 formed with a cam groove 41 is rotatably mounted and a detecting terminal 60 is mounted in a female connector housing 10. The detecting terminal 60 comes into contact with contact terminals 98 assembled in the female connector housing 10 to close a detecting circuit only when the both connector housings 10, 80 are properly connected. A pressing portion 44 is formed to project in a part of a cam plate 47 of the lever 40 facing the detecting terminal 60, and keeps pressing the detecting terminal 60 to resiliently deform the detecting terminal 60 to a position where the detecting terminal 60 is separated from the contact terminals 98 while the lever 40 is rotated until the both connector housings 10, 80 are properly connected. When the lever 40 is rotated up to a position where the both connector housings 10, 80 are properly connected, the pressed state is canceled to enable the detecting terminal 60 to come into contact with the contact terminals 98.

摘要： A connector component is disclosed, including a terminal. The terminal has a box-shaped connection portion which in use contacts a mating male-side terminal. An electrical wire connection portion connected to an electrical wire is provided rearward from the box-shaped connection portion. The height of the box-shaped connection portion is greater than that of the wire connection portion. A guard member projects from both side walls located between the box-shaped connection portion and the wire connection portion. When an electrically conductive plate material is cut and bent to form the terminal, the guard member is formed such that a tip of the guard member is integral with both side walls and folded inward in the terminal to prevent a sharp edge from being exposed to the outside. A periphery of a terminal insertion opening in a seal of the connector housing is prevented from being damaged when pressing the terminal into a terminal insertion opening of a resilient sealing member or when removing it therefrom.

摘要： A frame (10) has accommodating chambers (18) and auxiliary housings (30) are inserted into the accommodating chambers (18) from behind. An identifying portion (33) is formed at a side surface of the rear end of each auxiliary housing (30). 摘要： This invention provides a connector which can receive a terminal member easily and positively. In the connector, a retainer 10 is provided on each engaging portion 12 with a guide ramp face 20 which is opposed to a cavity 2 at a temporary locking position. A terminal member 30 is pushed into the cavity 2 when the retainer is at the temporary locking position. The member 30 does not enter into an opening 6 on account of the correcting action of the guide ramp face 20, even if the terminal member 30 is pushed toward the opening 6. After the distal end of the terminal member 30 passes over the guide ramp face 20, and outer periphery of the terminal member 30 is pushed down by a front end of the face 20. Consequently, the terminal member 30 is prevented from entering into the opening 6 and moves in the proper passage.

Dementsprechend kann unabhängig davon, in welcher Lage der Hebel 30 zusammengebaut ist bzw. wird, ein Nockenstößel 52 in eine Nockenrille 33 eintreten, der Hebel 30 kann an einer Warte- bzw. Standbyposition durch haltende Mittel (21L, 21R, 22, 34, 36) gehalten sein bzw. werden, und der Hebel 30 kann an einer Verbindungsposition durch verriegelnde Mittel (21L, 21R, 23L, 23R, 39, 41) verriegelt werden.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to reduce the number of parts without hindering the insertion of terminal fittings into a housing. Upon accommodating terminal fittings 20 into a housing 10, no or reduced insertion resistance resulting from the contact of a joint terminal 30 and the terminal fittings 20 is created if the joint terminal 30 is held at a partial locking position. Therefore, there is no likelihood of hindering the insertion of the terminal fittings 20. After being inserted, a plurality of terminal fittings 20 are shorted if the joint terminal 30 is displaced to the full locking position. Since the joint terminal 30 is mounted in the housing 10, it is not necessary to provide means for holding the joint terminal 30 in addition to the housing 10, thereby reducing the number of parts.
