    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable complicated shapes and complicated orientations and improve orientation and productivity by forming a mixture of magnetic powder and binder in non-magnetic field, hardening the entirety of a a molded item or a surface thereof alone and performing magnetic field orientation for a molded item which is subjected to hardening treatment in a specified direction. SOLUTION: Magnetic powder whereto binder is added and mixed is molded in non-magnetic field by a molding device without a magnetic circuit. An entirety of a molded item which is molded or a surface thereof alone is so subjected to harden as to allow magnetic powder inside a molded item to flow capable of orienting for making a magnetic field orientation process which facilitates the next process. Then, a molded item which is subjected to hardening is inserted to a magnetic field orientation device and magnetostatic field is applied for orientation. Thereafter, hardening for hardening an inside of a molded item by heating is carried out. In the process, any of thermosoftening resin, thermosetting resin, ultraviolet curing resin and resin having both ultraviolet curing property, and thermosetting property is used as binder.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a transparent speaker which has superior characteristics by sticking transparent peizoelectric ceramics of a unimorph type or a bimorph type to the thin films of a glass or a plastic. CONSTITUTION:For example, the unimorph type is equipped with transparent electrodes 2 and 3 on the surface and back faces of one circular PLZT 1. And also, the lead part 2a of the transparent electrode 2 on the surface side is arranged on the back face side, insulated with the transparent electrode 3. Both a lead line 5 whose connection edge is formed into a circular part, and which is connected electrically with the transparent electrode 3 on the back face side of the PLZT 1, and a lead line 6 which is connected electrically with the lead part 2a of the transparent electrode 2 on the surface side, both of which are made of transparent electrode materials, are adhered to a rectangular glass thin film diaphragm 4. The transparent electrode 3 and the lead part 2a on the back face side of such unimorph type are stuck to the lead lines 5 and 6 of the glass thin film diaphragm 4, so that a speaker unit for which the glass thin film is used as a primary diaphragm, is completed. Thus, the transparent speaker which has superior characteristics can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the driving voltage and transmission loss of an optical shutter element by sticking an internal electrode to the surface of a substrate having an electro-optical effect, laminating and hardening the substrate coated with the electrodes, insulating the end faces of opposed electrodes every other layer, and then forming external electrodes on the end faces of the insulated layers. CONSTITUTION:The internal electrode layer 13 consisting of Ni or the like is sticked to the substrate 10 consisting of a ceramic material having the electro- optical effect and the bases 10 are laminated and sticked to each other through an adhesive material. The end faces of the layers 13 exposed to the laminated end faces of the laminated body are coated with insulating layers 14 every other layer and the external electrodes 15 for power supply are adhesively formed on the layers 14. On the other hand, ground light transmission faces 21 are formed on the other end faces of the bases 10 of the laminated body. Since an electric field is infiltrated into the whole bases in said constitution, the driving voltage can be reduced and the transmission loss can be reduced because of the expansion of a light transmission area.
