摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a composite material product excellent in expanding/contracting property by laminating fiber product and elastic rubber or impregnating the former with the latter, wherein the fiber product consists of cloth, netting, etc., which is formed from a wind thread chiefly containing fibers of high strength synthetic resin and wound round a core spirally. CONSTITUTION:A main material 1 consisting of fibers of high strength synthetic resin such as alamide fiber and nylon fiber is wound spirally round a core 2 consisting of fibers with high stretchability, for ex. rubber or synthetic resin such as polyurethane fiber, and thus a wind thread 3 is formed. Then this wind thread 3 formed into a cloth so as to suit the ground foundation concerned 10, and a sack 20 is formed by using it together with elastic rubber compositely. This sack 20 is inserted into a small hole 11 provided in the ground 10, and fluid 30 is put by pressure into this sack 20 so as to enlarge the dia. of this small hole 11, and the hole wall 12 of the ground foundation 10 in contact with the sack 20 is compacted. Further a hole 13 is filled with sand, soil mortar, etc., to accomplish improvement of the ground foundation. This will provide a large amount of elongation and tensile resistance simultaneously to enable formation of an enlarged hole in compliance with the properties of the ground foundation.

摘要： PURPOSE:To have a composite product having good stretchability and the tensile resistance force simultaneously by fibrating or forming fibers such as alamide fiber into cloth product, forming a base cloth, and laminating this base cloth after being slide bent and elastic rubber together. CONSTITUTION:A main material is wound round a core to form a wind thread, and wefts 41 of alamide fibers and warps 42 of nylon fibers are either fibrated or formed. A base cloth 4 provide with undilate surface by means of slide bending in the direction of weft is put between rubber sheets 5, 6 in layers to form a composite product 7. A sack 20 fabricated from this composite product 7 formed from the base cloth 4 and elastic rubber is inserted in a small dia. hole 11 provided in the ground foundation 10. Fluid 30 is put by pressure into this sack 20 to enlarge the dia. of the small dia. 11, and the hole wall 12 of the ground foundation 10 is compacted, and the ground foundation 10 is improved while soil mortar, etc., in a hole 13 enlarged is substituted with filler 14.

摘要： A plurality of abrasive sleeves (3) surround a wire rope (2) and are spaced at predetermined intervals longitudinally of the wire rope. An elastic material (4) of rubber such as natural rubber is formed between the abrasive sleeves in such a manner as to surround the wire rope.
